Cape Point Honey has a bigger purpose to save bees as much as possible to ensure all bee colonies in the Western Cape remain safe and unharmed. We also aim to help the our community in the Western cape by providing pure genetic honey from the bees in our local farm and also benefiting from all the honey health benefits that come with it.
Cape Point Honey also has an amazing recycling honey bottle programme where we recycle every honey bottle bought from our store, each client that returns a bottle with get a discount on thier next purchase, can it get any sweeter!
Benefits Of Our Educational Workshop
We will educate children and people through interactive programs that include hive tours, hands-on beekeeping experiences, and workshops explaining the importance of bees in pollination. Additionally, educational materials like videos, presentations, or bee-related games can enhance their understanding of bees and their role in ecosystems.
Creating a new hive through hive cloning serves as an educational and immersive experience for children, offering insights into the life cycles of bees and the vital role they play in the ecosystem. This hands-on activity fosters an understanding of environmental stewardship and responsibility as children actively participate in setting up a new hive with frames. By exploring the social structure of a hive and observing its development over time, kids learn about the importance of patience and attentiveness in studying nature.

Cape Point Honey farm contains flowering crops of various shapes, sizes and colours that does not only look good aesthetically, but also keeps pollinators happy.
